This three-part lecture series, hosted by Holy Cross Hospital, will touch on a variety of topics to help you survive the holidays and be ready for a healthy 2016. The next two lectures will focus on Healthy Holiday Cooking Tips and Beating the Holiday Blues. Refreshments will be served.
