Join Holy Cross Hospital and the African American Health Program at the free 7th Annual Celebrate Heart Health Month event for informative heart health lectures and information. Free screenings, including blood pressure and cholesterol, will be available to all participants and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fasting is NOT required for health screenings. Refreshments will be provided.
