AAHI had a
busy month! AAHI attended 4 health fairs and provided health education and
materials on cancer, hepatitis B, diabetes, tobacco cessation, osteoporosis,
patient-provider communication, Lyme disease, the Affordable Care Act, and community resources.
On Saturday,
October 5th, AAHI attended the Cancer Education and Screening Day at Holy Cross Hospital.

October 12th, AAHI attended the Korean Community Service Center Annual Health
Fair.

On Sunday,
October 20th, AAHI attended the Cambodian Buddhist Temple Flu Clinic.
We were glad
that AAHI and our partners could team up together to help our community
become healthier. We thank all of our Health Promoters, health fair staff,
partners, and participants!
