Cost: Free, Flu clinic and Pneumonia vaccine will charge nominal fees
Free screening/testing, including:
- Mini cardiovascular screening exam
- Blood pressure; Blood sugar (Please fast for 12hrs. for the sugar test, drink water and take your meds); Weight and height check; BMI calculation
- Education for: diabetes, asthma, healthy lifestyle, smoking cessation, cancer, osteoporosis
- Hepatitis B info/schedule for testing and vaccination
- Vision exam; Glaucoma & cataract screening
- Arterial blood flow testing-carotids and ankle
- Osteoporosis screening
- Mini dental screening and info for good oral hygiene care
