Chronic Disease Self Management Lecture Series

AAHI Community, Holy Cross Hospital will be hosting a series of FREE lectures on chronic disease self-management. These lectures are a great opportunity for our community, family, and friends to learn more about management. The lectures will be held the last Wednesday of each month, beginning on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 and concluding on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Light refreshments will be served. Please call 301-754-8800 to register and be entered into our raffle for an exciting prize; must be present to win. The topics that will be addressed are diabetes, chronic disease self management, cancer and arthritis. Please share this information with family and friends. The flier has more information on dates.

    Health management lecture can improve the knowledge about disease. I found a blog where has lot of information about water purification.
